Ali, the receptionist, was super kind. It’s always nice to get to a place and see a big, friendly smile welcoming you. I liked how firm the bed was. The room was spacious enough, a but hot. It had AC but I just never managed to turn it in, I could have asked but I didn’t bother, it wasn’t unbearable. I didn’t try the breakfast since it started at 8:00 and my day started earlier.

I went to the toilet at 2 am and I saw a small cockroach… I know Casablanca is humid and hot but ughhhh, no one wants to experience that.

handy place to stay in Casablanca

good location, steps away from the Arab League Park, Mohammed Square and Nation Unites Square. parking reserved for residents besides the entrance. breakfast costs 30 Dirham each person as of June 2023 and encompasses freshly squeezed orange juice, bread, local goods, milk, eggs.

the shower needs some maintenance. I couldn’t open the windows as they’re either broken or obstructed by pigeons. if you’re easy to go, that’s a good pick.

Great location right near the park of Arabic league, main attractions within walking distance, tram stop just a block away. The receptionist was kind enough to get me a bottle of water in the middle of the night when I arrived. Pretty quiet in the room. The room had a very good lock and looked sturdy.

VERY expensive for the quality. The price of 660 MAD turned magically into 790 MAD upon payment (and no, the tax does not account for it, as I understand, they charged me 4 dollars per night, not 4 dollars total as is in terms and conditions on booking. I was tired after the flight and let it slide.) For this price there was a cockroach in the bath, rundown facilities and oily stains on the sheets. I realize casablanca is more expensive than other cities in marocco, but I'm sure there's a better price/quality ratio somewhere else. Will not stay again.

Goos price for value.So friendly and helpfull employees

The employees are ver nice and helpfull.We appriciate about everything.Location is really great you can walk all touristic places by walking.Hasan mosque 2 is 2 km far away.Good price for the value.

Lift is really so scary.I used it only once.1 minutes were taken to get 3th floor.its too slow and too tight.maybe it was built later.Also in the bathroom there was no any shampoo.

Good for one day stay

The mattress was very good - not too soft, nor too hard. The water pressure in the shower was very good too. The aircondition was working well and cool. 10 minute walk from a great local cafe named De Fiori with a great breakfast package!

The staff, although very friendly, did not know English at all, except to ask "will you pay now or later". Even getting the wifi code was challenging and to this day we do not know if we could flush the toilet paper or had to put it in the basket bin. The shower head holder was not working, the shower cabin was leaking water in the corner, so not too much of a problem, but there was an unpleasant smell there. The location was not great but it seems Casablanca is widely spread so not sure if another option would have worked better.

Very budget friendly place with great staff

The staff was very friendly and they are very reactive on all the needs. The place is really central just right next to the park, walking distance to the city center. The room is very spacious and clean.

The shower is a little bit outdated and I needed to be careful not to let the water flow outside when I take a shower.

Wonderful

The room was very spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Simple but good breakfast.

The elevator is quite old, very small and slow so you are better off taking the stairs no matter the floor. Breakfast was simple but good. A bit more choices would have been nice.

Ok to stay for a couple of days in Casa

Hotel is located in a good part of the city. Room service was helping, they gave me an electric kettle for the tea.

Too much water leaked in the bathroom. The bed is placed near the door. Small room, relatively expensive.
